AFTER CARE

DAY 1:
Your brows will look perfect.
As you get home from the procedure, gently wash the tattooed area with mild and unscented soap, and then pat dry with a clean towel or paper towel. This will help wash away lymph fluid, which can cause excessive scabbing resulting in poor pigment retention.
DAY 2-3:
They will appear darker and thicker as scab will begin to form.
Do not apply any ointments, creams or makeup and avoid wetting the area from this point on, until scabs have completely fallen off.
DAY 4-10:
Brows will begin to crack, peel and become dry and itchy. You will start to notice no pigment underneath those scabs, just remember, this stage is temporary. Trust the process, do not panic.
Again, do not apply any ointments or creams and do not wet the area.
Do not pick, peel or scratch area as it may cause the area to heal patchy.
DAY 10-15:
By this time, your brows should be done peeling and will appear very light.
DAY 16-30:
Color will slowly start to resurface, meaning they will start to get darker.
6-8 WEEKS:
Book your touchup appointment!
During this time, we will be able to saturate (darken) the color, if desired, and fill in any patchy areas that may have occurred during the healing process.

LONG TERM CARE

Cosmetic tattoo may last 3-5 years after the required touchup session.
Fading greatly depends on your skin type, lifestyle, sun exposure and iron deficiency. We suggest that in order to maintain your brows, so that they always look their best, plan on scheduling a touchup once every year for best results.
Use a good sunscreen on your brows if you plan to be in the sun for a prolonged period of time as excessive exposure to sun will make the color fade faster.
If you are planning on a chemical peel, laser treatment or MRI scan, inform the technician of your cosmetic tattoo.
The use of rapid skin exfoliation used regularly around the tattooed are will result in premature fading.
Acid peels, lightening or any brightening products used regularly will also cause permanent eyebrows to fade prematurely.
